Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are applicable only for damaged products. The damage must be genuine and not caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
The product must be returned in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns and exchanges.
The request for a return or refund must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Return & Exchange Process

Approval & Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or request you to ship the product back to us.

Refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days after approval.
Products without a valid receipt will not be eligible for return or exchange.
